Services

Eckert West Therapy provides mental health services in North Bend, WA or virtually across Washington State.

Do I accept insurance? Not yet. I will provide updates as that process evolves. A superbill can be provided, as some WA insurance programs may reimburse for services rendered by my license type. Questions on this? Let's talk more.

But what if I can't afford it? I am acutely aware that cost is a barrier to care for many families. I aim to be sensitive and flexible whenever possible. Options to increase accessibility may include part-time care options, brief limited-term interventions, group therapy, or sliding scale spots.

What do I serve? Stress, life changes, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, emotional regulation, grief and anticipatory grief, etc. I have additional experience in supporting neurodivergent mental health, such as navigating life with Autism/ADHD.
