Services

Eckert West Therapy provides mental health services, ADHD Education, and Parent Coaching in North Bend, WA or virtually across Washington State.

Billing Options

Insurance: I am in network with Aetna, Premera, Providence, and Regence. Upon scheduling your first appointment I can run a benefits check to learn about what you may owe (such as a copay or working to meet your deductible). However, you are ultimately responsible for understanding your benefits and will be responsible for costs not covered by your insurance plan.

Superbilling: If you have a different insurance plan and have out of network benefits, you may be eligible for some reimbursement directly from your insurance company on services you have paid for. If this is the case, I will provide a "superbill" which is a detailed report of the services you received that you will submit to your insurance.

Private pay: Private pay is an option for all clients. Some clients may prefer to keep their mental health records more confidential. In this case, private pay would be a good option. This is also an option for those without insurance. All Parent Coaching services are private pay.

HSA/FSA: The services I provide are typically covered by HSA and FSA accounts. I can directly charge an HSA or FSA card or I can provide a superbill/receipt if needed.
