About Me: Amber Eckert
I am a mental health therapist (LSWAIC) in Washington State providing individual and group therapy (under qualified supervision per Washington Administrative Code).

My background in wilderness, recreation, and play therapy have been formative in how I practice - with ALL ages and stages. I offer meaningful and engaging activities paired with evidence-informed practices. I strongly believe in integrative mental health care, exploring how we can support your mental health with sleep, nutrition, community, and environment.

I work hard to live with curiosity, intention, playfulness, and an open mind. These values help me to provide high quality care, while remaining genuine and true. I am a mom, a mountain biker, a goof, a sub-par skier, a backpacker, a Lord of the Rings enthusiast, and a lifelong learner.
