If your insurance plan has out of network benefits, you can pay out of pocket and I will provide a superbill. You can submit this superbill to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement. It is your responsibility to understand your benefits.

Good Faith Estimate
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, individuals who do not have health insurance or who choose not to use their health insurance to pay for services have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges for healthcare services. If you are uninsured or plan to pay for services yourself, you may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services. You will also receive a Good Faith Estimate when required by federal law after scheduling services. Your Good Faith Estimate will provide an estimate of the expected charges for the services that are reasonably expected to be provided as part of your care. Because therapy needs can change over time, the estimate is based on the information reasonably available at the time it is prepared and is not a guarantee of the total number of sessions you will need.
